Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5 PM PCT.

LEAD TIME

BonsMax is committed to serving our customers with the fastest possible delivery. Ready to ship stock items are shipped within 2 business days while wholesale orders may vary. Please be aware that transit times do not include for the day that the order is placed, weekends and most holidays. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the purchase amount.

FREE SHIPPING

ALL orders are qualify for free standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous States (excluding HI and AK).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

“Expedited” or “Priority” shipping may be available at an additional cost to the Purchaser.
