Return Policy

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
BonsMax stands behind the product we manufactured. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom made straps are NON-RETURNABLE. 
Once an item has been cut and/or started the sewing process it falls under these terms.

The buyer must notify BonsMax of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.

Buyer is responsible for the following:

• Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products after the order arrives.
• BonsMax will do our best in order to help you track your order once it leaves our location.
