Your Satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
1. Returns must be approved in advance. Please email us at info@bonsmax.com to get your Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping any product to us.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returns must be in like new/unused condition to receive a refund. Exception: Custom orders made to specifications are non-returnable.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
